International customers can register their SIM card online, provided they have a valid Namibian ID or passport. Your SIM card should be activated within a few hours after successful registration. If you experience any delays, please contact our customer service line.

The following valid documentation is needed

(a) Valid Namibian ID/ Passport/ Voters Card.

(b) Proof of ownership of your SIM card or police declaration.
(c) Married Individuals registered in their maiden name must present their marriage certificate and ID.
(e) Proof of residential address or a letter from nearby school, church, constituency councilor, police declaration.
