Centurylink Bill Pay Online : How to pay your CenturyLink bill online

There are three great options for paying your Centurylink Bill online: My CenturyLink, the CenturyLink app, or Quick Bill Pay. Sign in to My CenturyLink to view your bills, pay your bills, set up AutoPay, sign up for paperless billing.

There is a $9.95 fee for payments by phone or chat with an agent, effective March 17, 2023.

How to pay your CenturyLink bill online

There are three great options for paying your bill online: My CenturyLink, the CenturyLink app, or Quick Bill Pay. Click the options below to learn more.

Option 1: My CenturyLink website

Sign in to My CenturyLink

Sign in to My CenturyLink to view your billspay your bills, set up AutoPay, sign up for paperless billing, and save your payment information for future one-time payments.

You can pay with credit or debit card, or banking account in My CenturyLink. Plus you can save your payment info, so future one-time payments are even faster.

Option 2: CenturyLink app

Use our mobile app to view and pay your bill, manage your products and services, update account information, manage your WiFi, get personalized support, and more.

Option 3: Quick Bill Pay

Quick Bill Pay is a fast solution for making a one-time payment without signing in. You only need your account number and some basic information about your account. You can pay with your bank account, debit or credit card or, in some areas, an ATM card or money market account. It’s fast and easy!

This is a great option if you’re in a hurry or close to your bill due date, because your payment will be registered in the CenturyLink systems on the same day.

Quick Bill Pay can be used on any device.

Note about Quick Bill Pay: When you use this service, you are not signed into your CenturyLink account. Therefore, to complete payment, you have to enter your account information, and you cannot store payment information. If you want to save payment methods for future use, you can use My CenturyLink on the web or through the app.

How to view your bill in My CenturyLink

You can view, save, and print your bill any time using the My CenturyLink website or the app.

When you look at your billing statement on the website or app, you’ll see basic information. To see your itemized statement with all the details, please download the PDF version.

See your bill on the website

After you sign in to My CenturyLink, you’ll see your current balance or next payment amount on your home screen, along with an option to view your bill, as pointed out with the arrow in the images below.

Click on the link to View Bill to go to the Billing page and see a list of your bills. 

Click on any bill date to view the PDF version, which you can download and save to your device or print. The PDF will show all the itemized details of your bill, including payments.

See your bill in the app

You will see one of three things in the Billing section of the app home screen: 

1. Total amount due and the due date

2. Total amount due and the date it will be paid by AutoPay

3. Amount due and next payment date and method

View your payments

Your payment history will show you pending and posted payments, with the date, total amount, bill amount, any convenience fee that was charged, the payment method, and a confirmation number.

You can see your payment history on the website or in the app.
