Yellow Fungus Symptoms in Hindi : पीली फंगस काली फंगस और सफेद फंगस से ज्यादा घातक मानी जाती है। देश भर के विभिन्न राज्यों से करीब 9,000 काले कवक के मामले सामने आए हैं, जबकि कुछ सफेद कवक के मामले बिहार और मध्य प्रदेश से सामने आए हैं।
कई राज्यों में COVID-19 रोगियों में काले कवक के बढ़ते मामलों के बीच उत्तर प्रदेश के गाजियाबाद से पीले कवक के संक्रमण का मामला सामने आया है।

Mucormycosis एक कवक संक्रमण है जो "म्यूकोर्माइसेट्स" नामक सांचों के समूह के कारण होता है जो हवा में मौजूद होते हैं। एक बार सांस लेने के बाद, संक्रमण रोगी के साइनस गुहाओं, फेफड़ों और छाती की गुहाओं को प्रभावित कर सकता है।
भारत के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने कहा है कि जिन लोगों को मधुमेह या कमजोर प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली है, जिसमें कोविड -19 के लिए स्टेरॉयड उपचार के बाद भी शामिल है, उनमें म्यूकोर्मिकोसिस होने का अधिक खतरा होता है।

लक्षण
सफेद कवक संक्रमण के लक्षणों में सुस्ती, वजन कम होना, कम भूख लगना या बिल्कुल भी भूख न लगना शामिल हैं। कुछ मामलों में घावों से मवाद का रिसाव और खुले घावों का धीरे-धीरे ठीक होना भी देखा जाता है। विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, चरम मामलों में, इसका परिणाम धँसी हुई आँखें और अंग विफलता में होता है, जैसा कि डीएनए रिपोर्ट में उल्लेख किया गया है।
डॉक्टरों ने सलाह दी है कि ऐसा कोई भी लक्षण दिखने पर तुरंत डॉक्टरी सहायता लें।
एहतियात
खराब स्वच्छता, उच्च आर्द्रता और पुराने भोजन की खपत के कारण पीला कवक उत्पन्न हो सकता है। पुराने भोजन को त्यागना, मल का उचित निपटान, दूसरों के बीच, कवक को फैलने से रोक सकता है। यदि बंद स्थान में उच्च आर्द्रता है, चाहे वह घर हो या कार्यालय, इसे 30-40 प्रतिशत से अधिक नहीं होने देना चाहिए। हवा में उच्च नमी कवक के प्रसार की अनुमति देती है। इस मामले में उचित वेंटिलेशन एक जरूरी है।
इलाज
यदि जल्दी पता चल जाता है, तो एम्फोटेरिसिन बी इंजेक्शन लगाने से पीले कवक के संक्रमण को ठीक किया जा सकता है, जो एक एंटी-फंगल दवा है।
इस बीच, केंद्र ने काले कवक के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए राज्यों को काले कवक को महामारी घोषित करने का निर्देश दिया था, कई लोगों ने इसे घोषित किया था। आंध्र प्रदेश, तेलंगाना, गुजरात, हरियाणा, कर्नाटक, मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान और महाराष्ट्र उन राज्यों में से हैं जो काले कवक संक्रमण से अत्यधिक प्रभावित हैं।

Tyagi also said that no such fungus has been found in any human being before, although it has been seen in some types of animals.
