Management Trainee recruitment 2020 : National Fertilizers Limited has published the recruitment notification for the post of Management Trainees in various disciplines like Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Chemical Lab and Fire and Safety.
Candidates need to fill the NFL Management Trainee job application form 2021. It invites online application from energetic young qualified Indian Nationals to fill up 30 vacancies in across India.
NFL offers one of the best pay packages in the Fertilizer industry. The selected candidates, who shall undergo minimum one year training at our various Units/Offices, will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.40000 - 3% - 140000 at the Basic Pay of Rs.40000 during one year training period at a CTC of Rs. 11 lakhs (approx.).
On successful completion of training period and on clearance of minimum standards, such candidates will be considered for regularization as Officers in the pay scale of Rs.40000- 3% - 140000 at a basic pay of Rs.41200/-.
Besides Basic Pay, candidates will also be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance / Company Accommodation, wherever available and will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances / benefits such as Leave, Medical Facilities, Performance Related Pay, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. as per Company rules in force from time to time during training / after regularization

NFL selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in online test/ interview.
The online test will be conducted at Jammu/Kashmir, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Delhi & NCR, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Jaipur, Guwahati, Mumbai, Raipur, Ranchi, Kochi, Vijaywada.
Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for personal interview tentatively in the ratio of 01:05 i.e. 05 eligible candidates for 01 post. Interview call letters in respect of such eligible & provisionally shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on NFL website and such candidates will also be intimated for the same through SMS on their mobile number & through email on their e-mail address as mentioned in their online Application Form. However, NFL will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of intimation sent electronically through SMS or e-mail, as the case may be. No other communication will be sent to such candidates for this purpose.
Separate merit list will be drawn for UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD candidates with reference to the number of available vacancies for each category.
The cut-off date for determining eligibility criteria in respect of minimum educational qualification, age and all aspects for this advertisement shall be 30.11.2020 and will remain unchanged irrespective of any reason whatsoever
