10play Activate | Activate - Network Ten on your Device :To activate 10 Play (Network Ten) on your smart TV, go to 10play.com.au/activate. Input the 5-character code displayed on your TV and click Activate.
If you have the 10 Play TV OS App version 3.4.5 or android app version 4.0.20 and above, you will be required to activate your device before you can watch any member restricted content.
To watch any video which has a lock icon or member-restricted badge, you will be required to activate your device.
Open the 10 Play App on Your TV
Launch the app and navigate to the "Sign In" option.
Generate Activation Code
Select a video to watch; an activation code will appear on your TV screen.
Visit Activation Page
On a mobile device or computer, go to 10play.com.au/activate.
Sign In
Log in to your 10 Play account. If you don't have one, create a free account.
Enter Activation Code
Input the 5-character code displayed on your TV and click "Activate."
Confirmation
Once activated, your TV will display a confirmation message, and streaming will begin.
Ensure your TV is compatible. 10 Play supports:
Samsung Smart TVs (2017 and newer)
LG Smart TVs (2018 and newer with WebOS 3.0+)
Hisense TVs (2021 and newer with VIDAA U4, U5, or U6)
Android TV (version 6.2.0 and above)
Apple TV (4th generation and above, tvOS 12.0+)
Telstra TV (version 5.0)
Fetch TV (Gen 3 and above)
**Foxtel iQ3, iQ4, iQ5 boxes)
Xbox One, Series S, and Series X
Amazon Fire TV Stick
Code Expiry: Activation codes are valid for 30 minutes. If expired, return to the app on your TV to generate a new code .
Device Compatibility: Ensure your TV model is listed as supported. If not, consider using a compatible streaming device.
Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is required for streaming. Ensure your TV is connected to the internet.
App Updates: Keep your 10 Play app updated to the latest version for optimal performance.
Captions for Live TV can be activated and deactivated from the settings of your Roku device.
1. Press the home button on your Roku device
2. Scroll up or down and select Settings
3. To open the captions menu, select Accessibility. If Accessibility is not listed, select Captions.
4. Select Captions mode and choose when captions appear.
When captions are turned on or off during playback, the setting is retained for future programs.
Please note: Unfortunately, not all programs on 10 play have captions, however, we'll continue to add them to more programs and devices as they become available.
