To activate your Megacon Badge 2024, access the webpage megaconorlando.com/activate and enter your activation code found on the left side at the bottom of the back of your Megacon badge and complete the questions.
MEGACON Orlando is a playground for fans of all ages who love genres from comics to sci-fi to gaming and more! A weekend at MEGACON Orlando can include participating in a gaming tournament, getting a professional Photo Op or Autograph with your favorite celebrity, watching inspiring panels and much more!!!

How do I Activate my badge for MEGACON Orlando?
MEGACON Orlando has equipped your badge with the amazing powers of a state-of-the-art RFID (radio frequency identification) chip! The RFID tag has already been attached to your badge and allows us to fight counterfeiting and make sure that every badge is valid for entry to MEGACON Orlando 2024. By activating your badge, you are protecting it if it is lost or stolen.
To activate your badge:
- Visit megaconorlando.com/activate from your mobile device.
- Enter your activation code found on the left side at the bottom of the back of your badge and complete the questions.
- Tap your badge at the entry and exit points.

If you need to pick up your badge, please proceed to the Pre-Purchased Counters in the Main Ticketing Hall – South Hall B, during any of the following times:
Show Hours:
Thursday 4 PM – 9 PM
Friday 10 AM – 7 PM
Saturday 10 AM – 7 PM
Sunday 10 AM – 5 PM
Please have your e-ticket ready to present when picking up your badge. You may print your e-ticket or show it on your mobile device.
Attendees who have picked up their badge can proceed directly to the Re-Entry Point located in the Main Ticketing Hall – South Hall B (click here to see a map).

If you did not receive your badge in the mail, please contact us prior to the show at or************@fa*******.com or visit us at the Customer Service Desk in FAN EXPO HQ (in the Main Ticketing Hall – South Hall B).

BADGE POLICY
Badges are to be worn visibly for the duration of your visit to MEGACON Orlando. If you are coming for multiple days, you must keep your badge on your person for those days.
For any questions or special concerns about wearing your badge visit our Customer Service Desk in FAN EXPO HQ in the Main Ticketing Hall – South Hall B at the event. We are able to replace lost or stolen badges only if they are registered to you. Please note a $5 fee will be charged for deactivating and replacing badges.
If your badge has been tampered with or damaged in any way, it will be confiscated from you, and you will not be allowed access into MEGACON Orlando.
