Also, at the bottom of the main menu screen in Dying Light, you can check if you are connected to the Techland Servers. Make sure it says that the Techland Servers are online. If your NAT type is set to moderate, you will need to change it to open – Dying Light is very NAT-sensitive. Also, check the configuration of your antivirus program and firewall.
Lastly, if your game mode is set to hard or nightmare, switch it to normal.
Why do I need to register?
Linking your active PSN/XBOX Live/Steam with your TechlandGG account is necessary for us to move your dockets into the game. Without that, you won’t be able to receive your rewards. During linking your accounts, the system will move you to the platform owner’s website and ask you to log in.
How to get a code?
Follow our Dying Light and Dying Light 2 Stay Human channels and materials to spot the hidden codes.
Link your account with the platform on which you’re going to play Dying Light to get your dockets moved to the game. Then go to the quartermaster – if you’ve just started playing Dying Light, it shouldn’t take you more than an hour. You’ll find the quartermaster on the first floor in the Tower. Talk to him to exchange your dockets for unique and powerful items.
For your dockets, you’ll get weapons of one of the three highest rarity types: rare (marked with blue), exceptional (purple) or legendary (orange).
The two lowest rarity types are not taken into account, so you can be sure the items you get for your dockets are difficult to obtain and will be useful to you.
Remember the weapons you get from the quartermaster are adjusted to your experience level. It’s up to you to decide whether you want to spend all your dockets at once or keep some for later, when combat gets more challenging.

If it was digital content, such as a concept art or soundtrack, you’ll see it once you’ve downloaded it from your profile.
