Jio Prime Recharge Problem

For Jio Prime membership, you have to pay Rs 99 for one year[one time only] and another Rs. 303 per month for the next 12 months to continue getting the data benefits similar as you are getting in Happy New Year.

How do I enrol for Jio Prime?

Recharge with Rs. 99 Jio Prime membership before 31st March 2017 from MyJio, JioMoney, Jio.com or nearest retailer.

Note: You can opt for Jio Prime only before 31st March, 2017.




Recharge Problem

There are many complaints arise during the recharge of Prime Membership for Jio. The main problem is once we make the payment the amount gets deducted from the card or the Bank but the status shows as Payment Failure.

Don't worry. Shoot a mail to care@jio.com. The mail will be replied and the amount will be refunded within 2 days.

FOR JIO PRIME MEMBERSHIP I WAS DOING THE PAYMENT OF 99 AND AFTER ENTERING ALL DETAILS LASTLY IT SAID PAYMENT FAILED BUT Rs.99 got deducted from bank account . Why ??.Please help me out .

payment for jio prime deducted on 01 March 2017 through net banking but jio prime was not activated nor got refund
