To activate your TJX Rewards Card, login into https://tjx.syf.com/login/ and click on Activate Card button. Now enter the 19 digit number on the back of the card and Security code. Then click on Activate Card button.
TJX Rewards Access is part of the TJX Rewards program. TJX Rewards Access can be used at T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods stores. It’s FREE and you automatically begin to accrue benefits when you shop and use your TJX Rewards Access card.

• If you picked up a plastic card in-store simply complete your registration and enter the 19 digit number on the back of the card.
• Then, enter your name, address, email address and password, and read and agree to the TJX Rewards® Access Terms of Use and Privacy.
• Click “REGISTER NOW” and you’ll be signed up!

How do I Register for a digital card?
You can get a digital card by clicking here if you don’t have a plastic one. Once you’ve read the TJX Rewards® Access Terms of Use and Privacy and entered your name, address, email address, and password, you’ll be able to start using the service. When you’re ready, hit the “SUBMIT” button. Then, you can use your mobile device as a virtual credit card whenever you go shopping.
To qualify for all Program benefits, you need to make at least three (3) qualifying purchases within a twelve (12) month period.
Each purchase will be added to your account when you use your card. If you have made three (3) purchases in a twelve (12) month period and have not received credit for all of your purchases, please email us at cu*************@tj*.com or call 1-866-517-4685 (Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm EST) for resolution.
