Activate Your SkylightPaycard Card
To activate your card, you must verify your identity as a new owner of a NetSpend SkylightPaycard. As soon as you receive your card in the mail, you will receive instructions for activating the card and verifying your identity

Please enter your card number and the security code from the back of your card so we can find your account.
2. Enter your 16 Digit
3. Now enter the 3 digit Security code printed on the backside of the card
4. Now press the Continue button to activate the new card.
