To reset your Disney Plus account email and password, Go to my.disney.com/reset or open the Disney+ app and log in to your account. Select “Settings,” then select “Account.”

• Log in: Go to DisneyPlus.com or open the Disney+ app and log in to your account.

• Two Scenarios:

• You forgot your password:

- Enter your email address and select “Continue.”
- Select “Forgot Password?”
- Check your inbox for an email from Disney+ with the subject “Your one-time passcode.”
- Enter the 6-digit verification code from the email.
- Enter your new password twice to confirm.
- Select “Continue.”
