To activate your Freeform TV Provider, login into freeform.com/account and Enter the code from your console screen into your computer or mobile device. If login is successful, a “Congratulations” screen will display on the web page and your Roku device will show you all available content.

While signing into your Freeform account lets you sync your viewing history across your web and mobile devices, signing into a participating TV provider allows you to access the Freeform live streams, the latest episodes of your favorite shows, and premium movies.

You can also find the participating TV providers available in your area and link your TV provider account. Visit Freeform.com or the Freeform app and select any episode with the lock symbol or in the LIVE section.

How do I sign in to my TV provider? 

To sign in to your TV provider, follow the steps below on your supported device:

  1. Launch the Freeform app or Freeform.com and go to Account
  2. Select SIGN IN TO TV PROVIDER 
  3. Select your TV provider from the list and sign in
  4. Once you have successfully signed in, your Account menu will display the name of your TV provider
  5. You will now be able to watch the latest episodes and live TV from the Freeform app

Tapping on a locked episode or the “Watch Live TV” feed will also prompt you to connect your TV provider.

In most cases, you will not need to re-enter your TV provider username and password after the first time you sign in. However, some TV providers may require you to sign in to your account again after a predetermined time period. Check out your TV provider’s website for more information.

How do I activate Freeform on my Roku?

I’m unable to sign in to my new TV provider

If you have a new TV provider and attempt to sign in from the Freeform app, the sign in option defaults to your former TV provider. This issue is resolved by signing out of your former TV provider from the TV provider settings on your device:

Freeform.com

  1. Select Account in the top navigation
  2. Select the option to SIGN OUT under the TV provider section
  3. You can now sign in to your current TV provider

Mobile and Tablet

  1. Go to the Account section in the Freeform app
  2. On the TV provider screen, select the option to SIGN OUT
  3. Select SIGN OUT to confirm
  4. You can now sign in to your current TV provider

Streaming device

  1. Go to the Account section in the Freeform app
  2. On the TV provider screen, select the option to SIGN OUT
  3. Select SIGN OUT to confirm
  4. You can now sign in to your current TV provider
