You can view land survey numbers on the ISRO Bhuvan 2D platform, but it does not have a simple “Google Search” bar where you type a number and it automatically finds the land for all of India.

Instead, you must manually enable the Cadastral (Survey) Layer for your specific state.

How to Find Survey Numbers on Bhuvan 2D (Step-by-Step)

  1. Go to the Bhuvan 2D Portal:

  2. Select Your State:

    • On the top right or side menu, look for “State Portals” or “State Viewer”.

    • Select your state (e.g., Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, etc.). Note: Not all states have public cadastral data on Bhuvan.

  3. Enable the Survey Number Layer:

    • Once the map loads for your state, look at the “Layers” panel on the left side.

    • Find a category named “Administrative Boundaries”, “Agriculture”, or “Cadastral”.

    • Check the box for “Cadastral Boundary” or “Survey Number”.

  4. Zoom In:

    • You must zoom in very close to the specific village/area. The survey lines and numbers will usually only appear once you are zoomed in to a “Village” level view (scale of 1:10,000 or closer).

Easier Alternatives (State-Specific Apps)

Since Bhuvan’s interface is technical and manual, most states have their own dedicated apps that act as a “Search Engine” for survey numbers. These are often easier to use:

State

Best App / Website

Feature

Karnataka Dishank App (Mobile) Stand at the property, and it uses GPS to tell you the Survey No. instantly.
Telangana Dharani Portal / T-Registration Search directly by Survey Number to see the map.
Andhra Pradesh Meebhoomi “Village Map” section allows search by Survey Number.
Maharashtra Mahabhunaksha Web portal specifically for viewing plots by survey number.
Tamil Nadu Patta Chitta (Tamil Nilam) “View FMB” (Field Measurement Book) option.

Important Note on Accuracy

  • Reference Only: The survey boundaries on Bhuvan are overlaid on satellite imagery. Due to GPS shifting, the lines might be slightly off (by 1–3 meters) from the actual ground reality.

  • Legal Validity: These maps are for information only. For legal disputes or construction, always use the physical map provided by your local Tehsildar or Revenue Office.

To search for your name in the 2002 Voter List (Last SIR), you can use the Election Commission’s special legacy search tool. This is specifically designed to help you find the “Part No.” and “Serial No.” required for the current enumeration form.

Here are the steps to find your details:

Method 1: Search by Name (Easiest)

  1. Go to the official Election Commission of India Voters Portal.

  2. Look for the tab or link labeled “Search your name in Last SIR” (sometimes under “Services”).

  3. Click on “Search by Elector Details”.

  4. Fill in the details as they were in 2002:

    • State: Select your state (e.g., West Bengal).

    • District: Select the district where you lived in 2002.

    • Name: Enter your name (try different spellings if it doesn’t show up).

    • Relative’s Name: Enter your father’s or husband’s name.

    • Age: Enter your approximate age in 2002.

  5. Click Search: If found, it will show your Part No. and Serial No.

Method 2: Search by Old EPIC Number

If you have an old Voter ID card issued before 2003:

  1. On the same “Search your name in Last SIR” page, select “Search by EPIC”.

  2. Enter the Old EPIC Number exactly as it appears on the old card.

  3. This is usually more accurate than a name search.

Method 3: Download the PDF (If Name Search Fails)

Spelling mistakes in the 2002 data are very common (e.g., “Maneesh” vs “Manish”), so the name search might fail even if you are on the list.

  1. Select “Search by State” (instead of Elector Details).

  2. Choose your District and Assembly Constituency (AC) from 2002.

  3. This will typically allow you to view or download the PDF of the Final Roll 2002.

  4. You will have to manually scroll through the list for your polling station area to find your name.

What if I wasn’t a voter in 2002?

If you were under 18 in 2002, you must search for your parent’s name (Father or Mother) using the steps above. You will use their Part and Serial Number to establish your “Legacy Linkage” on the form.

It appears you are filling out an Enumeration Form for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral roll in India. In this form, the “Part Serial Number” (or “Part No.” and “Serial No.”) refers to your details as they appeared in the 2002/2003 Voter List (the “Last SIR”).

Here is how you can find these specific numbers:

Method 1: Search Online (Quickest Way)

The Election Commission has a specific tool to find your details from the old 2002 list.

  1. Go to the official Election Commission of India Voters Portal.

  2. Look for the service named “Search your name in Last SIR” (or “Search in SIR 2002”).

  3. Select your State and District.

  4. You can search by:

    • Name & Relative’s Name: Enter your name (or your parent’s name if you were a minor in 2002) exactly as it might have been spelled back then.

    • Old EPIC Number: If you have an old Voter ID card from before 2003, enter that number.

  5. The Result: When you find the record, it will display the AC No. (Assembly Constituency), Part No., and Serial No. specific to that 2002 list.

Method 2: Check the Pre-Filled Form

If a Booth Level Officer (BLO) visited your house, they may have given you a form that is partially pre-filled.

  • Look at the top section of the form.

  • The Part No. and Serial No. are often printed there next to your name or your family head’s name.

Method 3: Legacy Linkage (If you were not a voter in 2002)

If you were under 18 in 2002, you need to provide the Part No. and Serial No. of your parent or guardian from the 2002 list to establish your “Legacy Linkage.” Use Method 1 to search for your father or mother’s name instead of your own.

Important Note:

  • Part No: This represents the specific polling station area you belonged to.

  • Serial No: This is your unique number within that specific list.

  • Do not use your current 2025 Part/Serial number; the form specifically asks for the “Last SIR” (2002) details.

LIC Jeevan Saral (165) is unique. The “Sum Assured” printed on your policy is usually the Death Benefit Sum Assured (250 times monthly premium).

The Maturity Sum Assured (MSA) is different and depends on your entry age.

Step 1: Set Up Your Excel Sheet

Open a new Excel sheet and set up the following labels in Column A and leave Column B empty for your data input.

Cell Column A (Label) Column B (Example Data)
A1 Monthly Premium 1000
A2 Policy Term (Years) 15
A3 Entry Age (at start) 35
A4 Maturity Sum Assured (MSA) (See Step 2 below)
A5 Loyalty Addition Rate (per 1000) (See Step 3 below)
A6 Total Maturity Value (Formula below)

Step 2: Find Your Maturity Sum Assured (MSA)

Crucial: You cannot calculate this with a simple formula. You must look at your Policy Bond.

  1. Look for the field labeled “Maturity Sum Assured” (this is different from the Basic Sum Assured).

  2. If you cannot find the bond: The MSA varies by age. For example, a 35-year-old entering a 15-year term paying ₹470/month might have an MSA of approx ₹1 Lakh.

  3. Enter this value in Cell B4.

Also Read : LeetCode 217: Contains Duplicate

Step 3: Find the Loyalty Addition (LA) Rate

Jeevan Saral does not earn a “bonus.” It earns a Loyalty Addition at the very end. This rate varies based on how many years the policy ran.

  • Approximate LA Rates (per ₹1,000 MSA):

    • 10 Years: ~250 – 300

    • 15 Years: ~500 – 600

    • 20 Years: ~700 – 850

  • Enter your estimated rate in Cell B5. (e.g., for 15 years, enter 550).

Step 4: The Formulas

Copy and paste these formulas into Column B of your Excel sheet:

  1. To Calculate Total Premium Paid (Optional context):In Cell B7 (Label: Total Invested), enter formula:

    =B1 * 12 * B2

  2. To Calculate Maturity Value (The Result):In Cell B6 (Total Maturity Value), enter formula:

    =B4 + (B4 * B5 / 1000)

Example Calculation

  • Monthly Premium: ₹2,000

  • Term: 15 Years

  • Maturity Sum Assured (from bond): ₹3,80,000 (Hypothetical based on age)

  • Loyalty Addition Rate: 600 (per 1000)

The Excel Math:

  1. LA Amount:3,80,000 x ( 600/1000) = ₹2,28,000

  2. Total Maturity:3,80,000 (MSA) + 2,28,000 (LA) = ₹6,08,000

Why is Jeevan Saral confusing?

Most users expect the return to be calculated on the “Death Sum Assured” (which is usually 250x the monthly premium).

  • Death Benefit: ₹250 x Monthly Premium + Return of Premiums + LA.

  • Maturity Benefit: Maturity Sum Assured (Specific to Age) + LA.

The IFSC code is printed on every cheque leaf, usually near the top left or center. It is printed on the first page along with your account details and address.

You generally cannot search for an IFSC code using only a bank account number on public websites.

Bank account numbers are unique to your specific account, while the IFSC code identifies the branch where that account is held. Public tools cannot reverse-engineer your specific account number to find the branch details for privacy and security reasons.

However, you can easily find the IFSC code if you know the Bank Name and Branch Name.

How to Find Your IFSC Code

Method 1: Check Your Documents (Easiest)

  • Chequebook: The IFSC code is printed on every cheque leaf, usually near the top left or center.

  • Passbook: It is printed on the first page along with your account details and address.

  • Bank Statement: Most monthly PDF or printed statements list the home branch IFSC code at the top.

Method 2: Use a “Bank & Branch” Search

If you don’t have your documents handy, you can find the code online if you know the location of your branch.

  1. Go to a search engine or an IFSC finder website.

  2. Search for: [Bank Name] [Branch Location] IFSC Code

    • Example: “HDFC Bank MG Road Bangalore IFSC Code”

  3. This will give you the correct 11-character code (e.g., HDFC0001234).

Also Read : 03 9955 3000 | How to verify calls from this Australian number

Method 3: Inside Your Banking App

  • Log in to your Mobile Banking App.

  • Go to the Account Details or Profile section.

  • The IFSC code is usually listed right next to your account number.

⚠️ Security Warning

Never enter your full bank account number on random third-party “IFSC Finder” websites. Legitimate sites only ask for the Bank Name, State, District, and Branch—they typically do not need your account number.

As of late November 2025, the 21st Installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi was recently released (on November 19, 2025). Many farmers are checking the list now to confirm if they received this latest payment.

Here is how to check the official village-wise beneficiary list for 2025.

1. How to Check the Beneficiary List (Village-wise)

This list shows the names of every approved farmer in your specific village.

  1. Go to the Official Website: Visit [suspicious link removed].

  2. Find “Farmers Corner”: Scroll down to the “Farmers Corner” section on the homepage.

  3. Click “Beneficiary List”: Look for the icon labeled Beneficiary List (usually on the right side).

  4. Select Your Location: You will see drop-down menus. Select them in this order:

    • State

    • District

    • Sub-District (Tehsil)

    • Block

    • Village

  5. Get Report: Click the “Get Report” button.

  6. Search Your Name: A list of names will appear. You can scroll through or use “Ctrl+F” (on PC) or “Find in Page” (on mobile) to search for your name.

Also Read : Medicare Open Enrollment 2026

2. How to Check Your Personal Payment Status

If you want to see why you didn’t get money (or check if the money has been credited), checking your personal status is better than checking the village list.

  1. Go to [suspicious link removed].

  2. Under “Farmers Corner,” click “Know Your Status”.

  3. Enter your Registration Number (if you don’t know it, click ‘Know your registration no.’ and use your Mobile or Aadhaar number to find it).

  4. Enter the Captcha and OTP sent to your mobile.

  5. Check for 3 Green Ticks:

    • Land Seeding: Must say “YES”.

    • e-KYC Status: Must say “YES”.

    • Aadhaar Bank Account Seeding: Must say “YES”.

Troubleshooting: Name Missing?

If your name is not on the list or you didn’t receive the November 2025 installment, it is usually due to one of these reasons:

  • e-KYC Incomplete: You must complete e-KYC (Face Auth via app or Biometric at CSC).

  • Bank Not Linked: Your bank account is not linked to Aadhaar (DBT enabled).

  • Land Records: Your land details were not verified by the state government.

Next Step: If your status says “FTO Processed: No,” verify your Aadhaar seeding with your bank immediately.

How to link Aadhaar to your bank account for DBT

For you to receive PM Kisan payments (or any government subsidy), simply “linking” your Aadhaar is not enough. You must enable DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) Seeding (also called NPCI Mapping).

Many farmers link their Aadhaar but forget the “DBT” step, which causes the “FTO Processed: No” error.

Here is the step-by-step guide to fix this.

Step 1: Check Your Current Status (Do this first)

Before going to the bank, check if your Aadhaar is already mapped to a bank.

  1. Go to the official UIDAI (myAadhaar) portal: myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in

  2. Login using your Aadhaar Number + OTP.

  3. Look for the option “Bank Seeding Status”.

  4. What to look for:

    • Active: It will show the name of the bank where your money will go.

    • Inactive / No Data: You have no bank linked for DBT. You must follow Step 2 immediately.

Step 2: Enable DBT Seeding (Choose one method)

Method A: Offline (The Most Reliable Way)

This is the best method because you can explicitly tell the bank manager to “Enable DBT.”

  1. Visit your bank branch.

  2. Ask for the “Aadhaar Seeding / NPCI Mapping Form”.

  3. Crucial Step: On the form, look for a checkbox or line that says:

“Use my Aadhaar for receiving DBT benefits from Government of India” OR “Map my account with NPCI”

  4. Tick that box. (If you don’t tick this, they will just “link” your Aadhaar as an ID proof, but you won’t get the money).

  5. Submit the form with a copy of your Aadhaar card.

Method B: Online (SBI Users)

If you have State Bank of India (SBI) Net Banking, you can do it from home:

  1. Log in to onlinesbi.sbi.

  2. Go to “e-Services” > “Update Aadhaar with Bank Accounts (CIF)”.

  3. Enter your Profile Password.

  4. Select your account and enter your Aadhaar number.

  5. Important: Ensure you accept the consent that mentions DBT or NPCI mapping.

Method C: Online (HDFC Users)

  1. Log in to HDFC Net Banking.

  2. Go to “Accounts” > “Requests”.

  3. Click “View/Update Aadhaar Number”.

  4. Select your account and ensure you select the option for DBT/Benefit Transfer.

Method D: India Post Payments Bank (The “Emergency” Fix)

If your current bank is giving you trouble or taking too long, the fastest solution is to:

  1. Go to the nearest Post Office.

  2. Open a new India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) account.

  3. Tell the Postman you want “DBT Mapping” done for this account.

  4. IPPB usually updates the DBT status within 24–48 hours, which is faster than most commercial banks.

Step 3: Final Verification

After 2–3 days of submitting the request:

  1. Go back to [suspicious link removed].

  2. Check “Know Your Status”.

  3. The “Aadhaar Bank Account Seeding Status” should now show a Green Tick (Yes).

The system will then display the current status, such as pending, approved, or needing further action. Alternatively, you can access the ‘SEA IGM (24 Hrs)’ service after logging in to view recent filings for a specific location.

Checking the Sea IGM (Import General Manifest) status on ICEGATE is a critical step for importers to know if their cargo details have been filed with Indian Customs, which allows them to file the Bill of Entry (BOE).

1. Quick Access Guide

  • Official Link: ICEGATE Sea IGM Enquiry Page

  • Required Details: You only need two things:

    1. Port Location (The Indian port where cargo is arriving)

    2. Master Bill of Lading (Master BL) Number

2. Step-by-Step Status Check

Follow these exact steps to avoid common “Record Not Found” errors:

  1. Go to the Enquiry Page: Click the link above or navigate to ICEGATE Website > Public Enquiry > Tracking at ICES > Sea IGM.

  2. Select Location: Choose the port code from the dropdown menu.

    • Tip: The list is long. Type the first few letters of the city to find it faster. (See common codes below).

  3. Enter Master BL No: Type your Master Bill of Lading number carefully.

    • Crucial: Do not use the “House BL” number here. It must be the Master BL provided by the shipping line (Main Line Operator).

  4. Enter Captcha & Submit: Type the characters shown in the image and click “Submit”.

3. Common Port Codes (Cheat Sheet)

If you are struggling to find your port in the dropdown, look for these standard codes:

Port Name Port Code
Nhava Sheva (JNPT) INNSA1
Chennai Sea INMAA1
Mundra INMUN1
Delhi Tughlakabad (ICD) INTKD6
Kolkata Sea INCCU1
Cochin (Kochi) INCOK1
Visakhapatnam INVTZ1

4. Understanding the Status

Once you submit, you will see a table with the following statuses. Here is what they mean for your shipment:

Status Field What it Means Action Required
IGM No. & Date The official number generated by Customs. Success. You can now file your Bill of Entry using this number.
Inward Date The date the vessel’s arrival was recorded. Required for calculating the exchange rate for duty payment.
Line Number Your specific cargo’s position in the manifest. You need this “Line Number” to file your BOE correctly.
Record Not Found Customs has not received the data yet. Contact your Freight Forwarder or Shipping Line immediately.

5. Troubleshooting Common Errors

  • Error: “Record Not Found”

    • Cause 1: The shipping line hasn’t filed the IGM yet. (IGM is usually filed 24-48 hours before the vessel arrives).

    • Cause 2: You entered the House BL instead of the Master BL. Check your documents; the Master BL usually follows a format like MAEU123456789 or COSU123456789.

    • Cause 3: You selected the wrong Port Location. (e.g., selecting “Mumbai Sea” instead of “Nhava Sheva”).

  • Error: “Invalid Captcha”

    • ICEGATE captchas are case-sensitive. Ensure your Caps Lock is off/on as needed.

  • Error: System hanging or timeout

    • ICEGATE is often slow during peak business hours (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST). Try accessing it early in the morning or late evening.

As of Monday, November 24, 2025, there are no active widespread outages reported for Supabase. All major systems (Database, Auth, Storage, and API) are listed as Operational.

However, Supabase just completed a major scheduled maintenance window yesterday (Nov 23). If you are currently unable to connect, you are likely experiencing a local configuration issue or a “Paused Project.”

Here is the step-by-step guide to troubleshooting this, ranked from the most likely cause to the least.

1. The “Paused Project” Check (Most Common)

If you are on the Free Tier and haven’t used your project in a few days, Supabase automatically “pauses” the database to save resources.

  • The Symptom: Your app throws “Connection Refused” or “500” errors, but the Supabase dashboard works fine.

  • The Fix:

    1. Log in to the Supabase Dashboard.

    2. If your project has a “PAUSED” badge next to it, click it.

    3. Click “Restore Project”. This takes about 2-5 minutes to spin back up.

2. The “IPv4 vs IPv6” Connection Error

Supabase recently migrated many databases to IPv6-only to save costs. If your local network or ISP (or specific VPN) does not support IPv6, you will get a “Connection Timed Out” error.

  • The Fix: You must use the Supavisor (Connection Pooler) URL, which supports IPv4.

    • Go to Settings > Database > Connection Pooling.

    • Copy the “Transaction Mode” connection string (Port 6543).

    • Replace your current direct connection string (Port 5432) with this one.

3. Restart the Database

Sometimes the database process gets stuck or hits a memory limit (common on the Free Tier with heavy queries), making it appear “down.”

  • The Fix:

    1. Go to Settings > Database in the dashboard.

    2. Scroll to the bottom to the “Restart Database” section.

    3. Click Restart. This takes about 60 seconds and clears almost all “stuck” connection issues.

4. Check Recent Maintenance Logs

Since there was urgent maintenance on the Management API from Nov 21–23, 2025, your specific project region might be lagging in updates.

  • Check the official Supabase Status Page specifically for your region (e.g., us-east-1 or eu-central-1) to ensure there isn’t a minor degradation listed there.

Summary Checklist

  • [ ] Is your project paused? (Check Dashboard)

  • [ ] Are you using Port 6543? (Fixes IPv6 issues)

  • [ ] Have you restarted the instance? (Clears memory hangs)
