The objective of this project is to get easy access and reduce the waiting time in the bolling booth.
Advanced electronic voting machine is a microcontroller based project which will be very much useful to count our votes at the time of general election. Our voting machine will have enhanced features to store the counting for more than 40 years. In this project we are going to implement microcontroller for reliability & advancement.
Microcontroller is the heart of our project, it will get input from the keypad and it has a possibility to show the number of counts in the LCD display
In this project when you press the Master key it will activate the microcontroller. Now this arrangement is ready to cast the vote.
In key pad each key describes the one candidate. We can cast vote to our desired candidate, microcontroller will increment one count value for that particular candidate and also display the vote is registered in the LCD. The microcontroller activate the alarm through driver circuit for indicate the vote registration.
At the end of the day all the counting information for each candidate will be transmitted to PC through RS232. Similarly all the booth information will be transmitted to PC. The PC calculates the final vote count value for each candidate
