How do I log in to the student portal in Boston? To log in to the Boston City Campus student portal, you’ll need to visit the MyBoston portal at portal.myboston.co.za where you can enter your login details. 

Here’s how you can find it and what you might need:

1. Go to the MyBoston portal: You can usually find it by searching “MyBoston” or “Boston City Campus student portal” on a search engine like Google. You can also try going directly to the portal by typing in the address, which is likely something like portal.myboston.co.za.

2. Look for the login area: Once you’re on the MyBoston portal, you should see a place where you can enter your login details. This might be a username, student number, or email address, along with a password.

3. Enter your details: Put in the information you use to access your student account.

4. If you’re having trouble: There might be a “Forgot Password” or “Help” link on the portal if you can’t remember your login details. You can also contact Boston City Campus directly for assistance.

Keep in mind that the exact login process might vary slightly, so always refer to the official Boston City Campus website or contact their support if you have any difficulties.

Procedure to login using your @MyBoston.co.za user account:

• All students are assigned email accounts @myboston.co.za
• The email address is your student number @myboston.co.za, e.g. 10001@myboston.co.za
• The email address can be accessed here: https://outlook.com/myboston.co.za or https://login.microsoftonline.com
• Your password is initially set to you ID/Passport number with an uppercase B before the number, and ! after the number, e.g. B1234567890!
• As soon as you log in for the first time you will be asked to:
  1. Change your password
  2. Provide a recovery telephone number, and
  3. Set answers to some security questions.

New Students

Shortly after you are officially enrolled, you will receive an email containing your BC username and BC Password.

Follow the instructions to sign in to Agora Portal, and create your BC Password (used for Agora Portal), and create your Secondary Password (used for BC email). Need Help? Contact the Help Center at help.center@bc.edu or 617-552-HELP (4357).

New Faculty and Staff

You will receive a letter from your department containing your BC username and BC Password. Use your BC Password to sign in to Agora Portal to create your Secondary Password (used for BC email). If you lost or did not receive the letter containing your credentials, contact your Technology Consultant (TC).
