How To Register Smart SIM

To register your Smart SIM, Go to the Smart SIM registration portal https://simreg.smart.com.ph/. Choose SMS tab, then Device Inbox to see OTP.

There are two main ways to register your Smart SIM:

1. Online through the Smart website:

  • Go to the Smart SIM registration portal: https://simreg.smart.com.ph/
  • Enter your Smart mobile number: Type in your 11-digit Smart number.
  • Get the OTP: Click “Send OTP”. You’ll receive a 6-digit One-Time PIN (OTP) via SMS.
  • Enter the OTP: Input the OTP you received on the website.
  • Fill out the registration form: Provide the required information accurately, including your personal details and valid ID information.
  • Take a selfie: You’ll be prompted to take a selfie for verification purposes.
  • Submit your registration: Review the information you provided and click “Submit”.
  • Confirmation: You’ll receive an SMS confirmation that your SIM card has been successfully registered.

2. Through the GigaLife App:

  • Download and install the GigaLife App: Get it from the Google Play Store for Android or the App Store for iOS.
  • Open the app: Launch the GigaLife app on your device.
  • Find the registration banner: Look for the “Register Your SIM now” banner and tap on it.
  • Enter your Smart number: Type in your 11-digit Smart number.
  • Follow the prompts: The app will guide you through the registration process, which is similar to the online method.

Important Reminders:

• Deadline: The deadline for SIM registration in the Philippines is July 25, 2024. Make sure to register before this date to avoid SIM deactivation.

• Requirements:

    • Your Smart SIM card and mobile number
    • A valid government-issued ID
    • A working email address
    • A device with an internet connection
    • A clear photo of your ID
    • Good lighting for the selfie verification
