To access the Universitas Terbuka (UT) e-learning platform, Open your web browser and navigate to elearning.ut.ac.id. Click the “Log In” button to access your e-learning dashboard.

    • Visit the password reset page

    • Enter your Username or Email Address.etraining.ut.ac.id

    • Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

  • Using the Chatbot for Assistance:

    • UT offers a chatbot for technical support.

    • Access the chatbot at chatbot.ut.ac.id.

    • Click on the “Tanya Kami Yuk!” button.

    • Select “Layanan IT”.

    • Choose “Reset Pass Elearning”.

    • Provide your NIM, NIK, and Date of Birth as prompted.

    • The system will guide you through resetting your password.
