  • Final Approval: The final approval hearing is scheduled for August 1, 2025. Payments will be distributed after this date, pending any appeals.

📝 How to File a Claim

  2. Submit a Claim:

    • Without Notification: If you didn’t receive a notification, select “New Claim” and provide your name, address, email, and details of your eligible devices.

    • With Notification: If you received a Claim Identification Code, use it to expedite the process.

  3. Provide Device Information: Enter the serial number and model name of each eligible device.

  4. Declare Unintended Activation: Confirm that you experienced at least one unintended Siri activation during a private conversation.

  5. Choose Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method.
