To activate your Citi ThankYou Card, you have several convenient options. Go to the Citi Card Activation website: Citi Online Activation. Enter your 16-digit card number, validate your Date of Birth, and follow the prompts to select your PIN.

✅ 1. Activate via Citi Mobile® App

The Citi Mobile® App offers a quick and secure way to activate your card:

  1. Download the App: Install the Citi Mobile® App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

  2. Log In: Open the app and log in using your User ID and Password.

  3. Activate Card: On the home screen, tap on ‘Activate Card’.

  4. Enter Card Details: Input your 16-digit card number, expiry date, CVV, and your date of birth.

  5. OTP Verification: You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP to verify your identity.

  6. Set PIN: Create a 4-digit PIN for your card.

  7. Confirmation: Once activated, you will receive a confirmation message

✅ 2. Activate via Citibank Online

If you prefer using a desktop or laptop:

  1. Visit Citibank Online: Go to online.citi.com.

  2. Log In: Enter your User ID and Password.

  3. Navigate to Card Activation: Under the ‘Services’ menu, select ‘Activate Card’.

  4. Enter Card Details: Provide your card number, expiry date, and date of birth.
