There are three different ways to activate your Shareworks account at shareworks.com/activate. Your company will only provide you with one option. Note, if you are a Single Sign-On (SSO) user, you can skip this step.

Company Email Address

This is the most common method of activation.

  1. Visit https://shareworks.com/activate
  2. Enter your company email address
  3. Complete the captcha section
  4. In 30 minutes, you will receive an email that contains a link to activate your account
    • Note: The email message may contain specific information to have handy to complete the activation process.
  1. Click the link to access a verification page and enter the required identifying information
  2. Once your identity is verified, a login ID, username, and password is created
    • Note: If you choose not to create a username, you will be provided with an account number as your username.
  3. Once log-in credentials are established, immediate access to your account is provided

Activation Link Email

Before you get started, you may need one of the following to activate your Shareworks account using the activation link:

  • Date of birth.
  • Last four digits of your Taxpayer Identification Number.
  • Postal / Zip code.
  • Employee number.
  • Hire date.

Once you receive the email from Shareworks that includes a link to activate:

  • Click the ‘Activate My Account’ link in the email
  • You will be brought to the activation screen to complete your activation using one or more of the personal identification attributes mentioned above

Account Activation Code

  1. Visit https://shareworks.com/activate
  2. Enter the activation code provided by your company
  3. Complete the captcha section
  4. Click the link to access a verification page and enter the required identifying information
  5. Once your identity is verified, create a login ID, username, and password
  6. Once log-in credentials are established, immediate access to your account is provided.

Note: If you choose not to create a username, you will be provided with an account number as your username.

How do I log into Shareworks?

Go to https://shareworks.solium.com and follow the sign-in instructions.

To Exercise Your Stock Options

  1. Sign into your Shareworks account
  2. Click the Portfolio tab
  3. Select the Stock Options and Awards tab
  4. Locate the Options grant you would like to exercise
  5. Select the Exercise link on the right
  6. Select the type of exercise you would like to use and click Continue
  7. Enter the number of shares you would like to transact in the Exercise Quantity field and click Continue
  8. Select the Delivery Instructions
  9. Review the Exercise Direction Form and click Accept
  10. Accept the Online Disclaimer
  11. Click Submit Exercise

Your exercise will now show under the Activity tab.
