If you receive the Error Message “You Cannot Make Transaction Until You Avail Previous Booking”, then check whether your previous bookings are pending or you previous process is yet to finish processing.
To solve the issue, please complete your previous transaction or payment and then logout of the system and then re-enter.
This means you’ve already booked a slot for darshan (temple visit) through the Sabarimala Virtual Q system, and you need to either use that booking on the scheduled date and time or cancel it before you can book a new one.
Here’s what you can do:
Check Your Existing Booking:
- Log in to the Sabarimala Virtual Q website or app.
- Look for “My Bookings” or a similar section.
- Find the details of your existing booking, including the date and time of your allotted darshan slot.
Decide What to Do:
Use the booking: If your plans haven’t changed and you can make it for the darshan on the booked date and time, then you don’t need to do anything. Just remember to carry the necessary documents (like your Virtual Q booking printout and ID proof) when you go for your pilgrimage.
Cancel the booking: If you cannot make it for the darshan on the booked date and time, you must cancel the booking to free up the slot for others and to book a new slot for yourself. Look for a “Cancel Booking” option on the website or app and follow the instructions.

Sabarimala Virtual Q Booking Opening Date 2025
The Mandala puja is on December 26 and the temple will close on December 27 after the 41-day Mandala pilgrimage season. It will open again on December 30 for the Makaravilakku pilgrimage season. The Makaravilakku is on January 14, 2024, and the temple will close on January 20.
VirtualQ is an Online Portal for Devotees to book a slot on the separate Queue maintained by Kerala Police. This helps devotees to reach Sannidhanam without waiting in the long queue usually formed at Pampa.
Steps for Sabarimala Q Online Booking 2025

2. In that go through Login or Register link
3. There are two options appeared in website homepage i.e Member login or Sign Up
4. Devotees who are already register can go through Member login link and then enter User Name and Password to logon to the website.
5. Devotees who are not registered can go through sign up process and provide the required details.
6. Give your First name and last name in the fields; email address, mobile number, ID proof, and ID Number.
7. Type the username and give your address and assign a password for the login page.
8. Successful completion of Sign up process User Name and Password will be generated .
9. Devotee can receive Username and Password through e-mail or registered mobile number.
In summary:
You must avail (use) or cancel your existing Virtual Q booking before making another transaction.
Only one booking per registered user/mobile number is allowed at a time.
This avoids confusion, duplicate bookings, and better crowd management at the temple.
