www.watsons.com.my Card Activation : How do I activate my new Watson card?

To activate your new Watson card, login into www.watsons.com.my/activateyourcard and insert your member card number 6 digits initial password. Insert your mobile number. Your member card has been activated successfully.

CARD REGISTRATION / ACTIVATION

Card Registration / Activation via Website.

Step 1: Mouse over to “LOGIN” at top right corner of our website and click on “Activate card”.

Step 2: Check box “Yes, I already have Watsons Member Card.”

Step 3: Insert your member card number 6 digits initial password.

Step 4: Insert your mobile number

Step 5: Key in the 6 digit OTP that has been sent to your mobile number

Step 6: Follow on screen instructions, fill in all the required info. Remember to check your personal details before completing the activation

* For online password, key in your password between 8 – 20 digits long, and contain at least one number and Capital Letter.

Step 7: Congrats! Your member card has been activated successfully. 1,000 points will be credited within 1 week.

Card Registration / Activation via Mobile app

 Step 1: Download Watsons MY App to start your journey

Step 2: Tap “First time login with member card”

Step 3: Fill in member card number and 6 digit initial password.

Step 4: Fill in your mobile number.

Step 5: Key in the 6 digit OTP that has been sent to your mobile number.

Step 6: Follow on screen instructions, fill in all the required info. Remember to check your personal details before completing the activation.
