Transferring your service from a Total Wireless device to another Total Wireless device?

To complete the activation, you will need to:

  1. Enter your NEW phone’s SIM card number.
  2. Enter the phone number you are transferring.
  3. Enter the last four digits of your current Total Wireless device SIM card number.
  4. Setup your phone.

Transferring your phone number from another service provider?

To complete the Activation, you will need to:

  1. Enter your NEW phone’s SIM card number.
  2. Enter the phone number of the device you are transferring.
  3. Provide a few account details about your current service provider to approve the number transfer. This may include:
  • You Account Number
  • Your Password or PIN
  • Your contact information, as it is registered with your current service provider

Where can I find this information?

  • iPhone: Go to “Settings” > “General” > “About.”
  • iPhone X and above: Go to “Settings” > “General” > “About.” Look for your Primary IMEI.
  • Android: Go to “Settings” [or “Settings” > “System”] > “About device” [or “About phone”] > “Status.” (On some models, select “IMEI information” from the Status menu.)
  • Basicphone: Go to “Menu” > “Prepaid” > “Serial Number.”
  • Hotspot: You can find the Serial Number printed on a label located on the outside of the device or inside the battery compartment.
