Here’s how to log in to Swinburne’s student portal (My Swinburne) portal.swinburneonline.edu.au and complete your enrolment: Click Student Portal / My Swinburne on the Swinburne website.


🔐 1. Log in to My Swinburne (Student Portal)

  • Visit Current Students and click Student Portal / My Swinburne on the Swinburne website.

  • Enter your SIMS (Student ID) and password. First-time users will need to set a password using the details from your offer letter (e.g., 123456@student.swin.edu.au).

  • If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required, follow the prompts to add a mobile device or secondary email .


📄 2. Accept Your Offer (New Students)

  • After logging in, go to My Applications.

  • Find your offer marked “awaiting response” and click Accept.

  • Complete any required pre-enrolment tasks, such as submitting your Unique Student Identifier (USI).


🛠️ 3. Finalise Enrolment (New & Continuing Students)

A. Select Units

  1. Go to the My Study or My Tasks tile.

  2. Review any outstanding tasks (e.g., USI) and resolve them.

  3. Click Study PlanManage My Course.

  4. Add your units, using your course planner as a reference.

B. Enrol in Units

  1. Under My Study Plan, select Plan & Enrol.

  2. Drag and drop units or use the tool’s buttons to schedule them into the appropriate study periods.

  3. Click Enrol and confirm your timetable.

C. Register for Classes

  • After enrolling in units, go to My Class Registrations to pick specific class times and register for lectures, tutorials, or labs.

D. Review and Confirm

  • Review your timetable via the My Calendar tile.

  • Confirm each class in every relevant study period.

  • Simply log in, settle any outstanding tasks, then repeat the Select UnitsEnrolRegister Classes steps .

  • Key enrolment dates (e.g. November 5, 2025 for HE) appear in the portal.
