Check your eligibility
Blue CareOnDemand is not included in all BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina health plans. You can check your eligibility through My Health Toolkit®. When you log in, select the Resources tab. If the service is included with your plan, you’ll see Blue CareOnDemand listed under Tools.
Blue CareOnDemand is not a replacement for your regular doctor. You should continue getting regular checkups and preventive care. For true emergencies and life-threatening issues, go to the emergency room or call 911.
Check your coverage
You can log in to your account through the secure My Health Toolkit website, or download the mobile app. You’ll be able to:
- View and share your digital ID card.
- Check the status of your claims.
- See what’s covered by your health plan.
- Find an in-network doctor or other health care provider.
- See how close you are to meeting your deductible or out-of-pocket limit.

Manage financial accounts
If you have a health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA) or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) through AccrueHealth, you can use My Health Toolkit to view account balances and more.

Pay Your Blue Term Bill
This information is for members with Blue TermSM short-term health plans.
Pay online
You can pay your bill anytime through our online payment system. You can also pay through My Health Toolkit®.
Pay by phone
Our pay-by-phone service accepts secure payments any time, day or night. Simply have your BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina ID number handy and give us a call at 855-404-6752.
Pay in person
Visit at a South Carolina BLUESM retail center to pay your bill in person. There are locations in Greenville, Columbia, Mount Pleasant and Myrtle Beach.
