Below are the actions to take in order to participate in the McDVOICE Survey:
1. It is advised that you keep your McDVOICE Survey receipt close at hand when taking the survey. This survey receipt has a McDVOICE Survey code imprinted on the side closest to the top.
2. You must enter the McDonald’s Survey code, which is a 26-digit receipt, after accessing the company’s official website at www.mcdvoice.com.
3. You will also need to enter the McDonald’s store number, the date and time of your visit, and the code number.
4. Click “Submit” after entering the aforementioned information.
5. You will be taken to the home page for the McDVOICE Survey if the information above is accurate.
6. On the screen will appear a McDVOICE questionnaire with a number of McDVOICE Survey questions.
7. Please make sure you properly respond to each question.
8. After responding to all of the McDVOICE Survey’s questions, you will now be asked to enter your contact information. If you are the fortunate winner of the McDVOICE Survey, your contact information will be utilised to get in touch with you.
9. You will now see a McDVOICE Validation Code, which indicates that you successfully finished the McDVOICE Survey.
10. Please take a picture of the code or write it down somewhere, as it must be validated at McDonald’s on your subsequent visit. You won’t be able to get your free McDVOICE rewards until after that.
