To activate your new Lyca Mobile SIM and Prepay Plan, follow these steps:

1. Insert your SIM: Choose the correct SIM size (standard, micro, or nano) for your device. Insert the SIM card into your handset and restart your phone. You’ll receive an SMS with your new mobile number. Alternatively, dial *123# to find out your number.

2. Activate your SIM:

    • Visit the Lyca Mobile AU activation page or call customer service.
    • Have the following details ready:
      • SIM PUK code
      • SIM serial number (ICCID) – typically found on the SIM card itself or its packaging.
      • Proof of identification and address.

3. Registration and Plan Activation:

    • If you’ve purchased a plan, it will activate automatically once your SIM is registered.
    • If you received a free SIM without a plan, select and purchase your desired plan via the recharge section on the Lyca Mobile website or app.

How do I check my Balance?

You can always check your balance by dialing *131# from your handset. Alternatively, you can call our Automated Voice Response on 321 from your Lyca Mobile phone.

Alternatively, you can dial *136* followed by the phone number you wish to call with its country code and then # from your mobile
