At the top of every Jacquie Lawson page is a button labelled “Log On” at www.jacquielawson.com . Click this button and on the following page you will see two input boxes, for your email address and password respectively. Please enter these and then click the adjacent “Log On” button.

To log in to Jacquie Lawson’s website, follow these steps:

Go to the Jacquie Lawson website. Go to URL directly: https://www.jacquielawson.com/
Locate the “Log On” button. This button is usually located at the top of every page on the website.
Click the “Log On” button. This will take you to the login page.
Enter your login credentials. On the login page, you will see two input boxes:
- Email address: Enter the email address you used to register with Jacquie Lawson.
- Password: Enter the password associated with your account.
Click the “Log On” button adjacent to the input boxes. This will log you into your Jacquie Lawson account.

If you don’t remember what email address you gave us when you joined or when you last updated us on a change of address, please use the one we have on file for you.

If you do not see the “Log On” button at the top of this page, but instead you see a welcome message giving your name, then you are already logged on.

CARD HISTORY

Normally when you go into the Card History page, all your cards are shown. But you can select to show only cards sent to a specific person, or in a specific year, or you can enter an email address to get a list of all the cards sent to that address.

You can also view, delete or re-send your cards from this page.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DELETE A CARD FROM CARD HISTORY?

If you delete a card, the recipient will no longer be able to view it and will see a message that the sender deleted the card. Deleted cards can not be restored – they are gone for good. Please be certain you want to permanently remove the card before you delete it from your Card History.

CAN I DELETE MORE THAN ONE ENTRY AT A TIME?

Yes. Mark the check boxes to the right of the cards which you would like to remove from your Card History page and then click the Delete button. You will see a grey dialogue window appear on your page. If you are certain that you wish to delete the selected cards from your history, click OK.

You can also delete the entire Card History on a particular page by selecting “All” and following the same instructions.

How do I renew, and how much does it cost?

If you started your ecards subscription from the JL ecards app on your mobile device, then your subscription, including renewal, is managed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

How to send an ecard

If you have a Jacquie Lawson ecards membership you can send our full range of ecards either using our website or using our ecards app on your iOS or Android phone or tablet.

To send an ecard, you must first log on to our website if you have not already done so.

Next, select the card you’d like to send. You’ll find shortcuts to all our most recent and most popular cards on our home page, or you can browse our ecards by category here.

When you’ve found a card you like, click Send this Card. To have a look at a card before sending it, click Preview this Card. Notice that when you preview a card, it opens up in a new browser tab. If you’d like to continue looking for a card, click Choose another card or click the X in the top right hand corner, and you’ll return to where you were.

When you have selected a card to send, you will see the Personalise & Preview page. The first thing to do is to select the required caption or write your own (if applicable), and enter your personal message to the recipient. Many of our cards have a variety of optional greetings or captions – such as Thinking of You, Happy Birthday, Thank You and so on. The captions available depend on the card – we wouldn’t have Merry Christmas as an option on a Birthday card, for instance! If there is a choice of captions, you’ll see an option labelled Select Card Greeting just above the box for your personal message. You can also write your own greeting by selecting “Write your own” at the bottom of the list.

If you’d like to see how the card will look with your caption and message, click the Preview Card button and you’ll see it just like the recipient will see it. When you’ve finished, click Close Preview and you’ll be back at the Personalise & Preview page.

Card History will show the recipient and the exact date and time the card was sent.
