How do I create my account?
You can set up your account by clicking here. It’s completely free, and will only take a minute. Once you’re set up, you can begin submitting PA requests immediately.
Following sign up, you will be asked to verify your prescribers. We recommend verifying all prescribers you work with to ensure you receive all PA requests electronically. You can complete verification right away, or return to this page at any point in the future.
The account you create can be used for all your PA requests. To log back into your existing account www.covermymeds/login , just click the “Log In” button at the top of the page and enter your credentials.
Is CoverMyMeds secure if I access my account remotely?
We take data privacy very seriously, and our solution includes the same data security measures whether you’re accessing it from your office or remotely. Our ePA solution is HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 compliant, incorporating the industry best practice approach to securing data. Data sent to and from CoverMyMeds’ network is transmitted using TLS 1.2 encryption in accordance with Federal Information Process Standards (FIPS) 140-2 and the relevant NIST publications.
How can I get my providers engaged?
If providers call with questions about a request they received, we recommend giving the following steps to help them complete pharmacy-initiated requests:
- Log in or create an account, then click “Enter Key” on the left side of the Dashboard.
- Enter the six-character key, patient’s last name and date of birth indicated on the fax.
- Complete the remaining medical details and click “Send to Plan.”
