How to Log In
Enter Credentials: Enter your User Name and Password on the main page.
First-Time Users: If you have not logged in before, you usually need to click “Register” to set up your account.
You will typically need a Company Key (provided by your employer), your Social Security Number (SSN), and your Date of Birth.
Company Key: This is a short code specific to your employer (e.g., “starbucks”, “companyname”, or an abbreviation). It is case-sensitive.
Trouble Logging In?
Forgot Password/User Name: Click the “Forgot your user name or password?” link on the login page. You will need to enter your Company Key, SSN, and Date of Birth to verify your identity.
Don’t Know Your Company Key: Check your benefits enrollment guide, welcome email, or ask your Human Resources (HR) department. Zomato or Benefitsolver support cannot give this to you directly for security reasons.
Mobile Access: You can also access your benefits via the MyChoice Mobile App (available on iOS and Android) using the same credentials.
Key Things to Remember

Mobile App: You can also access benefits via the BenefitSolver mobile app.
Purpose: Use BenefitSolver to enroll in, view, and manage your health plans and other benefits.
In essence, you visit the specific portal for your company, use your login details, and if you’re stuck, you’ll need your personal info and company key for help.
