To connect 9Now on your TV, login into www.9now.com.au/activate and enter the 6 digit activation code as displayed on your TV screen.
Steps to Activate 9Now on Your Smart TV
Launch the 9Now App on Your TV
Open the 9Now app on your Smart TV.
Select an episode or live channel to watch.
When prompted, choose ‘Log in to 9Now’.
Activate Your TV
A screen will display a unique 6-digit activation code.
Connect Your TV
On a computer or mobile device, visit 9now.com.au/activate.
Log in to your Nine account. If you don’t have one, you can create it on the same page.
Enter the Code
Input the 6-digit code displayed on your TV screen.
Click ‘Continue’ to proceed.
Verification
Wait for up to 30 seconds. Your TV will automatically log in and be ready to stream.
Note: You won’t need to repeat this process unless the app is updated or if you’ve been inactive for over 90 days.
Activate your TV using a computer or laptop:
To activate and connect your TV to 9Now, follow these steps:
Launch the 9Now app on your smart TV or streaming device.
Choose a show or live TV channel to watch; a login screen will appear. Select “Log in to 9Now”.
An activation page with a unique 6-digit code will appear on your TV screen.
On a computer or mobile device, go to the official 9Now activation page or homepage and click on “Connect Your TV” (usually at the top right corner).
Enter the 6-digit activation code from your TV into the input field on the website and press continue.
Wait up to 30 seconds while you see the message “Hang Tight, Your code is being submitted”. Your TV will be activated and connected to your 9Now account.
Once connected, you can stream content on your TV without repeating activation unless the app updates or you’ve been inactive for more than 90 days.
You need a Nine account to log in and activate your device. If you don’t have one, you can create it on 9Now’s site.

Activate your TV using a phone or tablet:
1. On your phone / tablet open 9Now and log in. You can do this by opening the app and tapping on the menu button (the 3 horizontal lines). Select ‘Connect Your TV’.
2. Launch 9Now on your TV and select an episode of a show or a Live TV channel you’d like to watch. A log in required screen should appear. Select Log in.
3. On your phone/ tablet enter the six digit code as shown on your TV screen.
On your phone/ tablet you will receive a message saying ‘Hang Tight, Your code is being submitted’. Please wait up to 30 secs for your TV to be activated and the episode or Live channel chosen to start playing
