When Will Rocket League Servers Be Back Up | Season 22 Update (V2.66)

Rocket League servers are currently in the process of coming back online following the Season 22 update (v2.66). Ensure your console or PC has actually downloaded the v2.66 patch. You won’t be able to connect to servers on the old version.

Since it is currently 10:02 PM IST on March 11, the scheduled maintenance window is technically concluding. According to the official release schedule, the servers were set to go live for our region at:

  • Indian Standard Time (IST): 9:30 PM, March 11.

  • Greenwich Mean Time (UTC): 4:00 PM, March 11.

⚠️ Potential Delay

While the scheduled time has passed, “Error sending message” or login issues may still persist for the first 30–60 minutes after a major season launch due to high traffic (the “update rush”). If you cannot get in yet:

  1. Check for an Update: Ensure your console or PC has actually downloaded the v2.66 patch. You won’t be able to connect to servers on the old version.

  2. Restart your Client: If you were waiting in the menu, a full restart of the game is often required to trigger the “online” handshake.

  3. Regional Rollout: If you are playing on a server outside of India (e.g., Middle East or Europe), those regions are also coming online right now, which can cause temporary matchmaking instability.
