Wheel of Fortune • Pat Sajak • Contestant: Wheel of Fortune’ contestants win $100,000

This week’s “Wheel of Fortune” bonus round contestants have been struck by lightning three times in a row.

Bonus round wheel landed on an unknown prize for Lisa Kramer, a contestant from Sherman Oaks, California, on Monday. She nailed the “Vultures Overhead” puzzle in the “Living Things” category.

Pat Sajak, the show’s host, said, “I see them circling now because they want all your money,” revealing that she had just won the $100,000 jackpot.

Lisa celebrated her big win with confetti.

“Will you take care of this?” Pat made light of the situation with Lisa.

It was Maggie Sajak, Pat Sajak’s daughter and a “Wheel” correspondent, who asked her father in a post-show interview how likely it was that someone would win the $100,000 prize.

This means there are 24 (spaces), which Pat explained means that you have about a 4-percent chance of landing on the $100,000 prize. Of course, you have to solve a puzzle to increase your odds. (In case you were curious, the probability is 4.16 percent.)
