✅ How to Activate Your Wells Fargo Card
1. Online Activation
Visit the official activation page: wellsfargo.com/confirmcard.
Log in to your Wells Fargo Online account (or create one if you don’t have one).
Enter your card number, CVV (the 3-digit code on the back), your date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) to verify your identity.
Follow the prompts to complete the activation process.
2. Mobile App Activation
Download and open the Wells Fargo Mobile® app from the App Store or Google Play.
Log in using your Wells Fargo Online credentials.
Navigate to the “Credit Cards” section and select the card you wish to activate.
Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your card.

3. Phone Activation
Call 1-877-294-6933 from your home or mobile phone.
Follow the automated prompts to activate your card.
You may be asked to provide your card number and other identifying information.
4. ATM Activation (Debit Cards Only)
Insert your new debit card into any Wells Fargo ATM.
Enter your PIN (which should have been mailed separately).
Complete a transaction, such as a balance inquiry or withdrawal, to activate your card.
Important Notes
If you haven’t received your PIN for a debit card, it will be mailed separately and may take a few days to arrive.
For credit cards, activation is typically required before use, and you have up to 120 days from receipt to activate it.
Once activated, peel off the sticker on your card and sign the back immediately.
