To log in to your Wellcare Value Script (PDP) account, you must use the standard Wellcare member portal. There is no separate website specifically for “Value Script” plans; all Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) members use the main Wellcare site.
1. Direct Login Link
Official Portal: member.wellcare.com
Alternative Path: Go to Wellcare.com, click “Login/Register” in the top right, and select “Medicare” or “Prescription Drug Plan” as your plan type.
2. How to Register (First-Time Users)
If you have not set up an online account yet, you will need to register using your member details.
Click “Create Account” or “Register” on the login page.
Have your Wellcare Member ID card ready. You will need:
Member ID Number: This is found on the front of your card.
Date of Birth.
Last Name.
Follow the prompts to create a username and password.
Note: You may be asked to set up EntryKey ID, which is Wellcare’s new security system (2-factor authentication) that links your email address to your account.

3. Troubleshooting Common Issues
“Account Not Found”: Ensure you are entering your Member ID exactly as it appears on the card. Do not include any spaces or dashes unless they are printed that way.
Forgot Password: Use the “Forgot Password?” link. You will need access to the email address you registered with to receive the reset code.
Browser Errors: If the page is blank or spinning, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser (Google Chrome is recommended).
4. Need Help?
If you cannot log in, call the number on the back of your Member ID card. For most Value Script (PDP) plans, the general support line is:
