Wellcare Broker Portal Login Password
To log in to the Wellcare Broker Portal, Visit the Wellcare Broker Resources page: Wellcare Broker Resources. Click on the “Single Sign-On Portal”: This will take you to the login page.
Here’s how to log in to the Wellcare Broker Portal:
1. Access the Portal
- Go to the Wellcare website and navigate to the Broker Resources section.
- Look for a link that says “Broker Portal” or “Centene Workbench”.
- Click on the link to access the login page.
2. Enter your Credentials
- You’ll need your username and password to log in.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, there should be a link to reset it on the login page.
3. Complete Authentication
- Wellcare may have additional security measures in place, such as two-factor authentication.
- If prompted, enter the code sent to your email or phone to complete the login process.
Once logged in, you’ll have access to Centene Workbench, where you can manage your business, submit inquiries, view pending applications, and more.
Updating Your Single Sign-On Portal Contact Information
To update outdated contact information (email, phone number) within PingOne, follow the steps outlined below:
1. Access PingOne with the following URL, using your NPN as the Username and the password you have set: https://apps.pingone.com/de644ef6-ba0d-4312-aee6-ba0360ffc0d1/myaccount/.
2. Proceed with the authentication prompt.
3. Under the MY PROFILE tab, select the Edit Profile button.
4. Update your email and/or phone number, and select Save.
5. Under the AUTHENTICATION tab, select the Add Method button. A Select Method window will appear with the list of authentication method options.
6. Select either Text Message or Email (the other options cannot be selected).
7. Once the additional authentication method is saved and added, select the ellipsis (3 dots) icon next to the old Text Message or Email method that you will no longer use. Then, select Remove to delete the old Text Message or Email.
Brokers must be contracted and have completed the required AHIP & Wellcare Annual Certification Training (ACT) to access the materials portal (CustomPoint).
Note: Access to CustomPoint is granted 72 hours after completing certification training requirements.
