The message “Welcome to Gboard clipboard, any text you copy will be saved here” is a standard notification shown when you first access the clipboard feature in Gboard (Google Keyboard) on Android.
🔍 What It Means:
Gboard Clipboard allows you to store copied text (like messages, links, etc.) temporarily.
When you copy something (long-press → Copy), Gboard saves it here so you can paste it later.
It may also suggest clipboard snippets when you’re typing.
🧾 How It Works:
To access: Open Gboard → Tap the clipboard icon (usually near the top row).
It will say: “Welcome to Gboard clipboard, any text you copy will be saved here.”
You can pin copied items so they don’t expire after 1 hour.
📌 Tips:
Pin important clips by tapping the pin icon next to them.
Delete clipboard items by long-pressing and tapping the trash can.
Turn clipboard on/off via:
Gboard Settings > Clipboard > Enable/Disable
