Watch Spectrum Net Activate Login : Get started with Spectrum Mobile Activation

Check the Service Dashboard when your Spectrum Mobile device or SIM card arrives to see if there are any pending service agreements that you need to sign.

To activate your device, follow the steps in the Quick Start Guide that came with your box once you’ve completed signing your paperwork.

You should turn off your new gadget as soon as you receive it so that it can be activated properly.

The packing slip from your new Apple or Bring Your Own device should be checked to make sure you’re using the correct SIM card (ICCID). It’s possible to get Spectrum Mobile Android phones with pre-inserted SIM cards.

Please note that activating your device with the improper SIM card in place will delay your activation.

General Information

We’ve made it easy to get started with Spectrum Mobile. In one place, you can get information about your order, receive help to activate your device, and find answers to questions concerning Auto Pay, support and more.

To activate your Spectrum Mobile service, you’ll need to sign in to your Spectrum Mobile account. You’ll use your same username and password to sign in to Spectrum.net and SpectrumMobile.com. If you haven’t already done so, learn how to create a Spectrum username and password.

The time it takes to complete activation may vary depending on whether you’re transferring your phone number or getting a new one.

You can visit SpectrumMobile.com/activate any time to check your activation status. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your service has been successfully activated.

Note: Your billing cycle starts when you activate your first line of Spectrum Mobile service, or seven days after your order has shipped, whichever comes first. Your billing cycle and Auto Pay date can’t be changed.

Activate Online

You’ll need to enter your account number or the phone number listed on your Spectrum account to begin the activation process.

  1. Activate your receiver online.
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions to start watching TV.

Activation Instructions

Follow the instructions below to activate your Spectrum Mobile device. You’ll need to repeat the steps below for each Spectrum Mobile device that you wish to activate.

Note: If you haven’t done so already, back up your old device now to ensure your contacts, voicemails, photos and videos can be transferred later.

To activate your device:

  1. Keep your device off.
  2. Insert the Spectrum Mobile SIM card using the SIM ejector tool. Note: Some Spectrum Mobile Android phones are shipped with SIM cards already inserted.
  3. Visit SpectrumMobile.com/activate and sign in to your account using your Spectrum username and password.
  4. Locate the device that you want to activate on your Activation Dashboard.
  5. Select Get a New Phone Number or Keep My Phone Number.
    Note: If you’re transferring your phone number, enter your account details from your previous carrier. Learn more about transferring your phone number.
  6. Select Start Activation and then follow the steps to activate your new device.
  7. When you see Activation Complete, your device is ready for setup. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your device has been successfully activated.
  8. Turn on your device and connect to WiFi.
  9. Follow the prompts to setup your new device and begin using.
    Note: Please have your Apple ID (iPhone users) or Gmail information (Android users) available to ensure proper activation.
