Once sign up has been successfully completed and verified by Venmo, $20.00 (Twenty) USD will be sent to Eligible Participant’s Valid Account (“Reward”). This offer may be cancelled, suspended, or modified at any time by Venmo.
Eligible Participant:
Open only to individuals who; (1) are residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (2) are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and (3) create a new U.S. Venmo account (“Valid Account”). Business profiles are not eligible for this offer.
How it Works:
An Eligible Participant must successfully complete the following to qualify for a Reward (defined below):
- Sign up for a Valid Account in the app, and
- Make sure to add and verify your phone number for your new Valid Account, and
- When prompted to, you must also enter and save your promo code in the app during sign up.
Once sign up has been successfully completed and verified by Venmo, $20.00 (Twenty) USD will be sent to Eligible Participant’s Valid Account (“Reward”). Reward should be added to Eligible Participant’s Valid Account within ten (10) days but may take up to fourteen (14) days. There is a limit of one (1) Reward per Valid Account. All steps must be completed prior to Venmo’s suspension, cancellation, or modification of the offer, if any.
What is Venmo Offers?
Venmo Offers is a program for Venmo users that offers cashback on purchases with select merchants. If you have a Venmo Mastercard Debit Card, you’re enrolled in Venmo Offers. Otherwise, you can enroll in Venmo Offers in the Offers section of the Venmo app. Offers are automatically applied to your account. You can find current Venmo offers in the Offers section of the Venmo app.
How do I earn cashback?
You can earn cashback by making eligible purchases at select merchants. Current merchant offers are shown in the Offers section of the Venmo app. A pending purchase will show estimated cashback in your feed, but the amount is not disbursed to your Venmo account until the charge is completed by the merchant. Once the transaction is complete, any earned cashback will be applied to your Venmo account.
Can I earn cashback on online purchases?
Many offers include online purchases. Because each offer is different, you’ll want to view the offer details to see if a specific offer includes cashback on online purchases. You can find offer details in the Offers section of the Venmo app.
When will I receive my cashback?
A pending purchase will show your estimated cashback earned in your feed, but the amount is not final until the charge is completed by the merchant. Once the transaction is completed, any earned cashback will be automatically applied to your Venmo account. Transactions typically complete within 1-5 days, but can take up to 30 days depending on the merchant.
Do Venmo Offers expire?
Offers are only available when they are present in the Offers section of your Venmo app. We recommend double-checking your app to make sure a specific offer is still available before making your purchase. The cashback that you receive from completed, eligible transactions will never expire – these funds are placed in your Venmo account.
