To activate an Ultra Mobile SIM card, Place the Ultra Mobile SIM into your unlocked phone. Visit: www.ultramobile.com/activate. Provide the ICCID number (printed on the SIM card).

1. Insert Your SIM Card
Place the Ultra Mobile SIM into your unlocked phone.
Power the phone on.
2. Go to the Activation Page
3. Choose Activation Type
Select whether you’re:
Getting a new number, or
Transferring an existing number (porting from another carrier).
4. Enter SIM & Phone Details
Provide the ICCID number (printed on the SIM card).
Enter your ZIP code to assign a local number (if getting a new number).
If porting, you’ll need:
Your account number from the old carrier.
Your PIN/password.
The billing address used with the old account.
5. Set Up Your Phone
After activation, your phone should connect to the Ultra Mobile network.

6. Restart Your Phone
After setup, restart your phone to complete activation.

3. Transfer your number or get a new one.
As mentioned above, you can transfer your existing phone number or get a new one assigned to you. Make sure you have all the necessary information from your existing carrier before you transfer your number for the smoothest process.
4. Add a form of payment.
All you need to switch to Ultra is an Ultra Mobile SIM, plan and a form of payment. You can pay using a debit or credit card. As part of the activation process, you can also enroll in Auto Renew to ensure you’ll never have to worry about forgetting a payment. You can also get up to 10% off when you enable Auto Renew and put your wireless savings on auto-pilot.

You can activate your service or instantly renew your monthly plan by visiting any of our retailers that offer renewal.
By Text Message: To activate your SIM and get a new local phone number, insert the SIM card and then text GOGO + your 5-digit zip code to 6700. Please note that you can not transfer your phone number this way.
