UniSource Energy Services offers a variety of convenient ways for you to pay your bill at www.uesaz.com/pay-my-bill/. The table below outlines the type of payment verification you might receive, and when you can expect your payment to be reflected in your account balance and posted to your bank account or credit card.

For online payments, you can edit your payment receipt preferences in My Account under Update My Info. Click on Alerts and Preferences, Notification Preferences and then make your selection next to Payment Receipt. With the UniSource mobile app, tap on the person icon in the upper right hand corner and then select Preferences to choose how you are notified.

All customers now can make easy and secure one-time payments for free with their checking or savings account using My Account on uesaz.com.

My Account provides secure, free access to your account information and related services. Your information is kept private and encrypted. Your login and password ensure that only you can access or update your information.

Pay by credit or debit card

Make a one-time payment with your credit or debit card. A convenience fee will apply.

For payments up to $750:

  • Accepted payment types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (new) or Discover credit or debit card
  • Make up to three payments every 26 days for a $1.95 convenience fee per transaction

For payments of $750.01 to $4,500:

  • Accepted payment types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (new) or Discover credit or debit card
  • Make up to two payments every 26 days for a $9.95 convenience fee per transaction

For payments of $4,500.01 to $10,000:

  • Accepted payment types: MasterCard, American Express (new) or Discover credit or debit card
  • Visa cards are not accepted for this payment amount.
  • Make an unlimited number of payments for a 3 percent convenience fee per transaction

You will be able to review and accept the fee before completing your payment. Payments are capped at $10,000 per transaction for fraud protection and to keep your transaction fees as low as possible.

Pay with cash

Pay your bill with cash at Walmart, CVS, 7-Eleven and other stores. A convenience fee will apply.

You can pay your bill with cash at many convenient locations. UniSource does not accept any cryptocurrency as payments, including bitcoin. Please choose the county where you would like to make a payment.

As of September 15, 2023, KUBRA EZ-PAY will require all customers to generate a new payment code. Any previous payment code will no longer work.
