Select State: On the landing page, select Kerala (or your respective state) from the dropdown menu and click “Go”.

User ID: Your school’s 11-digit UDISE Code.

Password: The password provided by your Block/District MIS Coordinator.

3. Key Actions for 2025-26

Progression Module: If you haven’t already, you must mark students as “Promoted,” “Not Promoted,” or “Left School” from the 2024-25 session before you can add new data.

New Admissions: Use the “Import Module” to pull students transferring from other schools using their PEN (Permanent Education Number). Do not manually add a student unless they are entering the education system for the very first time (e.g., Class 1).
