If you wish to register a new administrator account within the portal, click the Register option on the login screen or click here. The Provider Resources and Contracting Department will review your request for approval and this process takes approximately 5-7 business days, in most cases it may take less time.
Forgot Password
Click the Forgot Password option on the login screen or click here. If that process does not work for you, call the Provider Assistance Center 888-531-1493 and we can unlock your account and send you a new password.
