If you’ve forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to reset your password and log in successfully.
- In a web browser, go to https://tubi.tv/forgot.
- Enter the email address associated with your Tubi account. We will send an email to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
- Follow the directions in the email to reset your password.
To log in with your new password:
- Go to tubi.tv and click/tap on the Sign In link at the top right-hand corner of your screen. If you’re signing in on a mobile device, open the Tubi app and tap on the Account tab in the lower right corner of the screen.
- Enter the email address associated with your Tubi account and your new password.
- Submit the information and you’ll be all set!

How do I register for Tubi?
You can sign up for Tubi using any web browser by going to tubi.tv and following the steps below.
- Click on the Register button, located at the top right hand corner of your screen.
- Choose to Register via Facebook or Register via email.
- Fill out all of the fields that pop up and click on Register at the bottom.

Signing into Tubi with an activation code
Please note: If you’re using Tubi on a mobile device or computer, you do not need to enter an activation code. This process is only for users on TVs or devices connected to a TV.
If you’re trying to activate/sign into your Tubi account on a smart TV or device connected to your TV and you see an activation code on your TV screen, please make sure you open a web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari) on a separate device and visit tubi.tv/activate. The code must stay visible on your TV screen during this process.
After signing up or logging in, enter the code that appears on your TV screen.
New Users: If you’re signing up, click on Register via Facebook/Google/Apple ID or Register via email and proceed to create a Tubi account.
Existing Users: If you already have a Tubi account, click on the Sign in link.
Afterward, you’ll be directed to a new screen (pictured below) where you can enter the activation code that is displayed on your TV screen. After you’ve entered the activation code on the webpage, it may take a few minutes for your TV screen to refresh, so please be patient!
How to activate my Tubi account on my Sony device?
To activate your Tubi account on your Sony Smart TV or Sony blu-ray disc, please follow the steps below:
- Open Tubi.
- Select Sign In or if you’re in the Home Screen, Navigate to the top row of the app (above Featured) and select Sign In.
- Select Register or Link Account. An activation code will be displayed.
To enter activation code:
- Go to www.tubitv.com/activate on your computer or mobile device and enter code in the field provided.
- If you are not signed in to a Tubi account on your computer or mobile device, you will be asked to Register or Sign In.
- Please click on Register to create an account or click on Sign In if you already have an account.
- After you’ve registered or signed in, please enter the activation code in the field provided.

How to activate my Tubi account on a Samsung TV
If you have a Supported Samsung Smart TV , you can register or sign in to Tubi by following the steps below.
1. Open the Tubi app on your Samsung TV.
2. Using the left directional arrow on your TV remote, page over to the very left of the Tubi home screen. You will see a navigation column appear that has options like Sign In, Categories, Settings, etc. It looks like this:
3. Select Sign In. You will now see an activation code on your TV screen.
4. On a computer or mobile web browser (like Firefox, Chrome, or Safari), go to tubitv.com/activate.
5. If you are not signed in online, you will be asked to register or sign in. Please do so now.
6. After registering or signing in, you will be redirected to the Activate a device page. Enter the activation code that appears on your TV screen and click Activate device.
Your TV screen will refresh automatically and you will now be signed in to Tubi on both your web browser and your Samsung Smart TV!
