Your card should arrive in the mail in 7-10 business days via USPS. If you still have not received it after 10 business days, please contact our support team at he**@tr********.com for further assistance.
You will need to provide your email address, full name, and a valid home address (P.O. boxes are not allowed). You must also read and agree to the Cardholder Agreement.
The Tremendous Visa Rewards Card is subject to certain federal banking rules and regulations, so we are required to obtain a minimum amount of information from customers. In addition, the information you submit will be used as the billing information for the card.
How do I activate my card once I have received it?
You can activate your Physical Visa Card by clicking the link in your confirmation email, or by visiting this page.
1. Visit the page https://reward.tremendous.com/visa-cards/
2. Enter 20 digit code on back of card. This is not required for virtual cards (just click the link in your email)
3. Now Click on “Yes Submit” button
4. The Card will be Activated
How do I use my card?
Your card can be used to make purchases, like you would use a credit card, as long as the amount authorized for the transaction does not exceed the available balance. In the event you use your card for an online purchase, the billing address associated with your card is the address you entered at redemption; it will also be listed on your card page.
Your card can be used at any merchant in the United States and District of Columbia where Visa is accepted. However, whether or not the specific merchant accepts prepaid cards as payment is at their discretion.
Transactions with the following merchants are prohibited:
- Money transfers
- Firearm-related businesses
- Outbound telemarketing
- Tobacco businesses
- Marijuana-related businesses
- Money services from non-financial institutions (including cryptocurrency)
- Securities brokers/dealers
- Dating services
- Massage parlors
- Government-owned lotteries
- Government-licensed online casinos, online gambling
- Government-licensed horse/dog racing
- Betting, including lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, off-track betting, and wagers at race tracks
In addition, the card cannot be used for recurring and installment payments (e.g. for a recurring subscription).

Your card has been issued to you with a specific value and is not reloadable.
