- On the southern side of this arch, near the riverbank, dive into the water to find a submerged cave entrance.
- Swim through the cave to discover a small chamber containing the treasure
3. Claim the Reward
- Within the chamber, you’ll find the Wind and Wave shield, offering:
- +10% movement speed
- +20 resistance to Frost Accumulation
- Additionally, there’s a chest containing various loot, including coins and crafting materials.
