Throne and Liberty servers are currently ONLINE and operational across all regions. There is no active maintenance window right now, but there is a significant event ending today which may affect queues or specific game modes.

Key Updates for Today

• Battlegrounds Pre-Season Ends: The PvP Battlegrounds Pre-Season officially concludes today (Dec 18). You may notice rankings locking or rewards being distributed, but this should not require full server downtime.

• Recent Maintenance: A routine maintenance was completed earlier this week on December 16, so if you are seeing “Maintenance” errors, your client might be outdated.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot connect, check the following:

1. Client Update: Ensure you have the latest patch (from the Dec 16 maintenance) installed via Steam/Console.

2. Verify Files: If on Steam, right-click the game $\rightarrow$ Properties $\rightarrow$ Installed Files $\rightarrow$ Verify integrity of game files.

Here is the breakdown of the rewards you will receive based on your final rating (Points) and ranking (Leaderboard Position).

Cosmetic Rewards (Based on Rating Points)

These are the big ticket items. If you hit these point thresholds, you get the corresponding Morph (shapeshift) and titles.

Unlockable Titles (Based on Leaderboard Rank)

In addition to the rating rewards, two exclusive titles were added in Update 3.12.0 that become purchasable/claimable if you finished within a specific leaderboard rank:

• Top 1,500 Players: Unlocks access to a specific exclusive title (via Combat Coin Merchant).

• Top 500 Players: Unlocks access to a prestige title (via Combat Coin Merchant).

Currency Rewards

• Combat Coins: You will receive a bulk payout of Combat Coins (formerly Arena Coins) based on your final tier.

• Note: If you still have “Arena Coin: Flames” from older updates, they are expiring/converting. The new standard is Combat Coins.

When do I get them?

• Distribution: Rewards usually go out via in-game mail within 24 hours after the season officially closes (after the maintenance or daily reset).

• Rank Lock: Your rank is “snapshot” at the moment the season ends today. Dropping rank after the cut-off won’t penalize you, but if you dropped before today, you get rewards based on where you finished, not your peak.
