“Technical Error” on Login: The app fails to open or says the service is unavailable.

Secur’Pass Issues: The validation system for online payments is currently buggy for many users.
🛠️ How to Fix/Workaround
If you are blocked, try these steps in order.
1. Force Update the App (Critical)
Caisse d’Epargne frequently updates its security protocols. If your app is even one version old, it will show a “Technical Error” instead of asking you to update.
Go to the App Store or Google Play Store.
Search for Banxo (or Caisse d’Epargne).

2. Use the Website Instead
Currently, the mobile app servers are struggling, but the desktop/browser interface is more stable.
Go to
caisse-epargne.fron your phone’s browser (Chrome/Safari) or a computer.Log in there to check your balance or make urgent transfers.
3. Reset Secur’Pass (If transfers fail)
If you can log in but cannot send money:
Open the app menu > Settings > Secur’Pass.
Select Deactivate (Désactiver).
Wait 5 minutes, then Reactivate it. You will need your bank card numbers to set a new 4-digit code.
4. Check for “Simultaneous Connections”
If you recently logged in on a new device (like a tablet), the bank’s security might have “locked” your session.
Log out of all devices.
Wait 15 minutes.
Log back in on your primary phone only.
