How to Activate a SYW Mastercard
By phone: Call (800) 815-7701 or the card’s serial number as printed on the sticker front. When you go to activate your Credit Card, be sure to check the details that are linked with your application, such as your Social Security number, card number, or the phone number.
On the website: Log in to your online account (or create an account if you don’t have one) to the activation page. Please input all necessary security details, such as the following: your birthdate, the last four digits of your Social Security number, the three-digit code located on the reverse side of your credit card, and the card’s number. Follow the on-screen prompts to activate your Sears credit card.
Your new Credit Card will be available for purchases immediately after activation. If you have any trouble activating your card, customer service can always help you out. You can call them at (800) 815-7701.
