The Student Progress Center for East Baton Rouge Parish School System (EBRPSS) is an online portal—powered by EDgear—where parents/guardians and students can access grades, attendance, test scores, teacher comments, discipline records, transcripts, and more.

🔑 How to Get Started

1. First-Time Registration:

1. Visit https://ebr.edgear.net/progress.

2. Click “Register a New User”.

3. Select your relationship to the student (e.g., mother, father, guardian).

4. Provide:

   • Your first and last name (must match school records).

   • Your Parent Security Number (PSN)—a five-digit code provided by your child’s school.

5. After submission, create your username and password if your details match the district records.

2. Logging In:

• Click “Sign In”, then enter your username and password.

3. Viewing Student Information:

• After logging in, select the student’s name.

• Navigate through tabs like:

  • Attendance, Grades, Progress, Tests, Discipline, Transcript, and more.

4. Linking Multiple Students:

• Once signed in, click “Link Students”, follow prompts to add additional students to your account.

5. Forgot Password or Lost PSN?

• Use “Forgot Password?” on the login page; you’ll be prompted to answer security questions.

• If you cannot locate your PSN, contact your student’s school. They can verify your identity and provide it.
